I love fitness because living a fit life is empowering. The ‘high’ after a workout reminds me how strong I am, both inside and out!
Running was my first fitness love. Yoga and strength training became great compliments to my running. Now I try to balance all three.
I have my YogaFit certification and love teaching Yoga at BAC.
When I’m not running or teaching class I work as an account supervisor. I also love spending time with my family at our cottage on the lake. Plus reunions with my college girlfriends and traveling with my soon-to-be husband Scott make me smile.
