Two words to describe me: positive and genuine

“Keep your thoughts positive because your thoughts become your words.  Keep your words positive because your words become your behavior.  Keep your behavior positive because your behavior becomes your habits.  Keep your habits positive because your habits become your values.  Keep your values positive because your values become your destiny.”–Mahatma Ghandi

I love fitness because it elevates my mood and gives me a better quality of life.  I’m a better mom, wife, friend and co-worker because of fitness.

My love for fitness came to be because there was a time in my life where I needed it.  I was in a slump.  I was tired all of the time and uncomfortable with myself.  Fitness changed my attitude.  It made my thoughts and my habits more positive and I got hooked on that feeling.

I am a group fitness instructor and Corporate Fit Challenge coach at BAC. I LOVE group fitness because I see people doing something great and healthy for themselves. I am a social person and it fills my ticket to workout with others and help people along their own health journey. Coaching is near and dear to my heart because I really get to know a person. During the process, I can give them tools to improve their nutrition and fitness to fit their lives. There’s nothing better than supporting a person in their quest to be healthier and happier.

I have certifications as a Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and PiYO instructor.

When I’m not at the gym you can find me working as a dental hygienist or cheering on my husband and boys in sports and life. I also love to meet friends for group exercise classes, coffee, wine and/or game nights.
