I love fitness because it keeps me energized, fit and it is a great way to socialize.
I have been teaching for more than a decade. All sorts of formats like Strength, Step and Cycle.
When I’m not working or working out I love being outdoors, doing anything fast paced, traveling and drinking good wine.
