I love fitness because it is something that I enjoy and comes with so many benefits. I started coming to Bay Athletic Club as a student a few years ago just to become fit and healthy. This lead into a passion for lifting free weights. Seeing myself progress helped fuel the fire to continue.

When I am not at school, work or working out, I love to hang out with friends and explore the nature that surrounds Alpena. I try to help family out too by babysitting my cousins, too. If I’m not too busy, arts and crafts are on the table or painting and making jewelry are fun for me as well.
