Two words to describe me: Strong and Determined

I love fitness because I can set aside a small amount of time each day and experience better quality of life, all day long! I really began to love fitness when I began loving myself. I have lost and maintained a 180 pound weight loss. Losing all the weight and gaining experience in the gym sparked my passion to get certified to become a personal trainer.
Aside from exercise and biking, I love spending quality time with my dogs. Two other things, stringing up my hammock in the woods for a nap and going out for live music/dancing, spark joy in my heart.
