“I love fitness because it’s my social network and my happy place. It’s something I can share with my kids, friends, students and even my parents. Fitness is inclusive. There’s room for everyone.
Years ago, as working mom with young kids, fitness gave me a healthy outlet for stress, while allowing me time with my friends as we worked out or went on runs together. I added yoga to my workout routine, and it was the perfect match.
I was BAC member from the start, and was thrilled to join the team as a yoga instructor a few years later. From my weekly yoga classes, training camps for running, specialty mind-body sessions and yoga for kids, I love being a part of BAC, sharing the yoga glow.
Fitness certifications: Yoga-power yoga, vinyasa yoga, PiYo and kids Yoga
Hobbies: Fitness :), reading, time outdoors, biking, kayaking, traveling.
