I love fitness because it makes me happier and healthier. Fitness also provides me with a positive stress reliever. As a child, I was always involved in sports and continued through my high school career. I grew up with my mom going to the club all of the time and she was a heavy influence on joining myself when I was old enough. My mothers love for fitness has rubbed off on my and lead me to making fitness a priority for myself.

I am about to take my exam to become a Group Exercise Instructor at BAC so I can help spread my love for fitness with all of our members. Wish me luck!
