I love fitness because it’s for everyone! I love the way I feel when I am working out and I want others to feel the same. I was a former athlete who prioritized everyone else first and my own needs last. When I decided I needed to find myself and my fitness again, I turned to group exercise classes at the club. Everyone at Bay Athletic Club was so supportive and happy. Once I found my place at BAC, I knew I was on the right path.
In my downtime, I enjoy skiing, paddle boarding, gardening and cooking. I am a AFAA certified personal trainer, retired school teacher and have a BS from Central Michigan University in Health and Preventative Fitness. Please come to one of my personal favorite classes, Body Blast and Strength. I would describe them as total body workouts set to amazing music.
