I love fitness because it makes me feel great mentally and physically. No matter what’s going on in life, I always feel better after a workout.
I loved gymnastics as a child and I was a cheerleader in high school, but I lost fitness during college. When I started working at a law firm they gifted the staff a membership to a local fitness center. My sister invited me to go to a class with her and that’s when I found my love for group fitness.
I love teaching group fitness classes because of the people! It’s fun to meet new members and see old friends. Fitness creates connections.
Currently I teach Yoga and Pilates at Bay Athletic Club.
I also love traveling, reading, hiking, running, sailing, coffee or wine dates with friends and, of course, spending time with my family, my finace Bob and my little dog Violet.
