I love fitness because it allows me to put my energy into a hobby that is healthy and uplifting. My love for fitness began when I played Volleyball and then later transferred as a positive pastime. I am actually on my way to getting my group fitness certification so I can teach classes for others.

When I am not working, going to school or working out, you will find me crocheting. Not kidding, I own my own registered business called Divine Flowers, LLC. I also enjoy reading a good mystery novel or poetry.
