Two words to describe me: Loyal and Kind

I love fitness because it has taught me how to step out of my comfort zone, learn to accept my strengths and weaknesses and celebrate both.
Fitness was always something I had always wanted to be a part of and an old way of thinking kept me from trying it. Then, I had a dear friend invite me to do a Corporate Fit Challenge. After that program that taught me healthy ways to eat and move, I changed my mindset and realized fitness is for everyone.
When I’m not working or working out, I gravitate towards anything nature related; walks, hikes, kayaking, canoeing, long road trips, snowshoeing. I cherish spending time with family and close friends. Anytime I am on the shores of Lake Superior, I am a happy lady. Go Blue!
