I love fitness because it makes me happy and feel my best!
I got really into fitness when I started dental school in 2010 at the University of Michigan. It was a busy time and I needed an outlet that wasn’t studying. I signed up for my first 10k with my dad and starting running consistently. I incorporated biking, weight lifting and swimming into my weekly routine and I have never looked back!
My role at BAC is to teach cycle in our Urban Ride program. I love to push the boundaries and try new things to keep members coming back for more in each and every cycle class. I love trying out new studios in every city I am in to keep my ideas fresh. I love everything about biking, both indoor and outdoor riding.

Some of my other hobbies include road biking, running, swimming, triathlons, reading and spending time with my husband Brent and pup Sasha.
