I love fitness because it is my escape from all the stressors of life and I feel free.
I’ve always been into fitness. I really began to get into it when I started the competitive part of Tough Mudders and having fun testing my limits. I started just by working hard all the group fitness classes and they asked if I wanted to be a trainer. I was happy to accept!
Today, I teach Urban Mix and Hardcore classes as well as boot camps. I love it because I get to see people say, “I can’t do this” and by the end of the class they can hold their head high proudly and they did do it. It’s a great feeling.
I am a Certified Occupational Therapist and also have my Personal Trainer certification.
When I’m not training I find myself working on my new house for renovations. At the end of the day, I relax by watching movies or playing video games.
