Our space makes it easy to set up a buffet or potluck.

Bay Urban Events space features interior brick, high ceilings, wood floors, a robust heating and cooling system, large bathrooms, a kitchen area with a refrigerator and sink, easy for bringing your own food and setting up on site. Rentals include access to large tables, chairs, wifi, a full sound system and even a projector! The host has access to a parking spot for easy loading and unloading. Guests have access to a huge downtown free parking lot.

Bay Urban Fitness will remain a downtown workout facility, but we are opening our doors for rentals to invite more people to enjoy this amazing space. We have always used it for our own staff events–staff lunches, baby showers, even homecoming dinners, but now we are opening it up to our BAC members to rent at a huge discount and savings, as a perk!

Rates are simple and affordable. Introductory pricing April-June 2024. Three hours for $150.00. The cleaning fee has been waived for our members.
