I love fitness because I believe it can be a prescription for every ailment. Fitness has something for everyone and allows everyone a chance at a healthy mind and body if they are willing to commit.
I have been an athlete all of my life. I started dancing and playing organized sports at a very young age. I continued to play basketball, volleyball, and track thought out high school and played basketball and volleyball in college. I have coached several basketball and track teams in the past and am currently the JV Volleyball coach at Alpena High School.
I hold a BS in Movement Science from the University of Michigan. I am a certified personal trainer and have 3 years experience in exercise rehabilitation.
I am the Membership Director, Community Outreach Coordinator and a personal trainer at BAC. The best part of my job is being able to interact with our members on a daily basis. I am able to make connections with our members and community members and meet people I would have never met if not for BAC. Being able to see members transform their bodies and minds, and accompany them on their journey, is nothing short of incredible. Because of BAC, I am able to impact lives and that allows me to live grateful.
When I am not at BAC you can usually find me outside, playing sports or spending time on Long Lake, traveling, and adventure seeking.
