I love fitness because it is fun! I love being able to see what my body can do. It also helps me stay balanced and positive in the other parts of my life.
I love teaching Zumba to members at Bay Athletic Club. I walked into my first Zumba class in 2012 and never looked back. I was hooked. I had so much fun and that led to a certification and teaching it myself. In my own fitness journey I also love adding in Yoga, TRX and Pound. I feel more confident as I work on my fitness.
I am now certified in Zumba, Zumba Gold and Zumba Kids.
When I’m not working out or teaching a class I love to hike, explore in the woods and go to concerts.
