I love fitness because it makes me feel accomplished and strong and gives me energy to run and play with my kids. It also helps me relieve stress and reset my mind to have a positive attitude.
My background, or how I came to love fitness: in High School, I was a cheerleader and that stuck with me through my life. I want to have fun, laugh and cheer you on while we reach our goals together. I became a member of Bay Athletic Club in 2012 and found that same energy in group fitness. I feel in love with movement, all over again.
When I am not taking care of my children, I love to practice ballet but my favorite days are when we have camping trips and beach days with my family.
