I love fitness because it clears my mind and makes me feel good about myself. It is a great stress reliever and will add years to my life.
When I was about 20 years old I started seeing results from the casual workouts I was doing. I got hooked and the workouts became more intense. I never stopped!
I am a loyal BAC member and invite everyone I can to come and enjoy the lifestyle as much as I do. I teach a few classes as well because I love it. People are positive here and this is where most of my friends are.
I have a personal trainer certification through AFAA and have worked at BAC since 2012.
