Wildcat Sweat was designed to create a positive environment for local athletes where they can develop skills to create better movements, avoid injury and/or overuse, get stronger, increase speed and build power.

We want you to love your sport even more and feel more confident in it.
These workouts can compliment other summer sports and/or conditioning. Use these a tool to get a leg up.

Open to local AHS athletes going into 9th, 10th, 11th or 12th grade.
Meets Tuesdays and Fridays at 10am at Bay Urban Fitness this summer break.
Only $2 for BAC members and $4 for non members.
