Have you always wanted to be a runner?
Are you already a runner who wants to make sure your form is strong and you have the skills you need to increase your endurance and speed? If you said yes, this specialty training program is for you.

Train to Run is for all fitness levels and body types—whether you’re a road race junkie or have a goal of going from the couch to a 5K. Veteran runners Tracie Granata, Sarah Morrison, Samantha Kendziorski and Cheryl Mack will teach you how improve from whatever level you are currently at.

This program teaches running techniques like pacing, breathing and form and focuses on building core strength to improve your efficiency and make your run easier and more enjoyable.

At the end of the program you will run a 5K with your Train to Run team and coaches. The biggest takeaway from past participants is discovering a love for running and the unmatched feeling of freedom and empowerment that comes from a good run. You will change your body and your outlook on life in this signature program.
