I love fitness because it keeps me balanced, poised and nice. 🙂

I have always been an athlete. Injury is what opened my eyes and my heart to fitness. The fitter we are, it keeps the injury away. Yoga spoke to me especially and I have recently graduated from a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training. I enjoy teaching chair , Somatics, Yin , Ashtanga, Power Anasara and Recovery Yoga.

When I am not traveling for my other career or teaching, I am a watercolor enthusiast and an avid gardener. My love for cooking and baking helps my passion of meal planning. You could call me a DIY’er. I really believe in reuse, repurpose and reimagine. I love the earth as well…catch me fishing, hiking and traveling the world.
