Two words to describe me: Driven and Thoughtful

I love fitness because it makes me feel good in my skin and overall just boosts my mood! I could already be having a great day but getting a workout in makes it a lot better.
I came to love fitness through high school sports. I always considered myself but I had self limiting thoughts. When I decide to go for it, my progress improved more than I could have ever imagined possible.
When I’m not in school or working out, I love to golf, go for runs and read really good books especially when I travel.
