I came into fitness after graduating high school. I was a three sport athlete and constantly busy and staying in shape through my sports. However, after I graduated I was doing absolutely nothing in terms of staying in shape and was feeling terrible. Then my friend introduced me to BAC! I got back in shape, lost weight and I am continuing on this wonderful journey.
I love my role at the front desk because it is so wonderful to witness people putting in an effort to change their lives for the better! It inspires me and keeps me accountable for my own personal health. I love getting to know our members and play a part in their personal journeys.
