I love fitness because the possibilities are limitless with fitness! There’s always another way to push yourself past your limits, to make yourself faster, better and stronger. Plus, it’s a stress reliever, it keeps you level-headed in life, and it gives you goals to reach in life. It can make you feel accomplished and successful every time you finish a workout. What’s not to love about that?!
I recently finished my Associate’s Degree in Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant, and currently work at the hospital, and love it! I have specialty certifications as a personal trainer in TRX and PiYo. You can find me on the schedule teaching a core class Monday nights at 5:00, and down at Urban on the weekends!
I started off as a group fitness instructor almost 8 years ago at Bay Athletic Club, and really fell in love with it. I furthered my education as a Personal Trainer and it’s been a great ride ever since! I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
