I love fitness because I believe it saved my life. At a time when I was grieving and felt all alone, fitness helped me get through all of that. I got healthy and happy!
I began swimming at 9-years-old. I swam in high school and college. I was an age group coach and masters coach in Texas. I currently coach the Thunder Bay Schooners Swim Team and have done so the past three years. I have 55 swimmers ranging in age from 7-18.
I spend lots of my time at the gym, whether I’m working or working out! Since taking my first cycle class a year ago, I have fallen in love with cycle. I go to as many classes as I can and even cycle at home. I still love to swim and try to swim laps at least once a week too!
