I love fitness because I’ve been able to challenge myself and amaze myself with what I can physically do now! It feels good to be confident and healthy.
I came to love fitness after my third child was born. I wanted to be the mom who could keep up and be hands on with my kids. I quickly fell in love with group fitness classes and boot camps and discovered how good it feels to be strong and to push myself. Now with four kids I’m able to go for countless walks and bike rides and whatever else they challenge me with.
I work in the Jungle Gym and love getting to spend time with kids so their parents can get in a workout! It has been a great place for my own children to build friendships as well. I also work at the front desk where I get to greet members. I love getting to watch and celebrate with people on their fitness journey.
In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, going camping, traveling and bike rides.
