I have always enjoyed fitness and I love helping people any way I can when Iit comes to their fitness journey.
I have been a certified professional trainer since 1994 and teaching a group fitness class called Simply Fit at Bay Athletic Club for the past five years.
It is designed to be slower in pace and low impact but still deliver a great workout. I love bringing fitness to every age no matter where they are on the journey. I also enjoy getting to meet so many of our members.

My hobbies include spending time at the lake, paddleboarding, golfing and gardening. I also like to read.
