It’s been great to see so many new faces around BAC this week for Destination Spring Break. Thank you to all who joined us. Tomorrow is the last day for members to bring a friend for free (if you haven’t already!). We will be drawing a winner next week for lunch at Fresh Palate for a BAC member and their guest. 🍴 Stay tuned! 🥳

What is it?
🤗Any active BAC member can invite one person to join them for FREE between Monday, March 20th and Friday, March 24th
🏝The guest can come in on their own, with the name of the member that invited them
‼️The BAC member will be entered into a drawing for lunch at Fresh Palate for them and their guest
➡️You can invite a friend, spouse, parent or grandparent, co-worker or a child (age 13+) to classes or to workout upstairs at BAC.

It’s as simple as that!
Last year we had 30 guests join us and we hope to see just as many guests or more here for this spring break. Who do you know that could invite? Tag them below!

It’s sweaty, goes fast, and super easy to follow.

Each class follows the same format with fresh moves and music each week.

•Warm up
•30 moves (50 seconds on/10 seconds off)
•Alternate low-impact kickboxing move with a strength move.
•All standing.
•5 minutes of Core & Floor
•1 minute Finale
•Cool Down

Tuesdays @ 5:30pm

BAC Team Power Hour!

Tonight we enjoyed an amazing meal (thank you, @mangostequilabar), recognized our high school student athletes (all 5 of them!) that have made health and fitness a way of life, enjoyed some BAC trivia & prizes, and had a fun creative competition to design the new look of our day pass.

It’s always fun to connect, laugh, and learn as a team that is ever evolving and growing. We may be a little biased…but our team is the best. 🤩💪🫶

Turning Point: New Year Edition wrapped up last weekend.🎉

From overcoming the fear of going to the gym, to working out for the first time, to getting back into a solid routine, this group was dedicated and consistent.

This six-week program helps individuals turn a corner with their health and the results proved just how impactful personalized coaching and small group training is.

MEET THE TEAM! Ft. Mallory Ladd Mallory joined BA

MEET THE TEAM! Ft. Mallory Ladd

Mallory joined BAC in February 2022 for a Body Beauty camp. "I loved Beauty, it was a good healthy outlet that I was searching for." She became a teammate in August and began teaching BAC Fusion in October. Mallory has been Barre certified since 2019.

"Outside of fitness, I have a couple of jobs that keep me busy as well as raising two daughters with my fiancé. I am also a part time student at ACC."

"I love the BAC Community because of the wonderful classes that are offered as well as the amazing equipment. I just started experimenting with workouts by myself in the gym upstairs. It was intimidating at first, but now I feel like everyone is just there for the same reason and we all have the common bond of becoming stronger and staying healthy!"

You can catch Mallory every Friday in the BAC Studio at 12:15pm for BAC Fusion--a combination of yoga flow, lightweight strength, bodyweight strength, and core.
