This is our longest running camp because it is one-of-a-kind. It offers results from your waistline to self-confidence to definition. Being part of the community is a bonus that keeps you looking forward to the next workout.

Our next camp kicks off Monday, April 22nd!
-Meets M, W, TH at 6:30PM in the BAC Studio for 5 weeks (we've ADDED an additional day to accommodate busy spring schedules!)
-Coached by Amy Schultz, Alyssa LaVergne, Cindy Limback, Amanda Freeland, and Sarah Morrison
-You gain access to BAC and all group fitness classes during camp
-A revamped tracker & NEW online commuity to keep you accountable
-We're GIFTING 3 free Shakeology's to each participant this round, to AMP up your nutrition & elevate results

Marion Kieliszewski started Body Beauty in November 2022 and just completed her 4th camp.

When we asked her what she enjoys most about Beauty, she said
"I like how you can go your own speed and choose your weights for strength training without being judged. I have a knee injury that has kept me from doing a lot of things, but it’s so nice to have the instructors help me with modifications."

Marion also noted that in addition to keeping up with her meal tracking, journaling, steps, and water, adding strength training in through Body Beauty has helped her lose 83 pounds (and counting)! Her results from our Winter Edtion of camp are astonishing - she is down an additional 15lbs and 10.5 inches. Hats off to that.

Camp meets M, W, Th @ 6:30pm for five weeks and focuses on strength training (inside and out!) -- appropriate for all levels.

We know your spring nights are busy. We've ADDED a third night to accommodate busy schedules. If you have to miss one per week, you'll still be getting in a GREAT camp, with guaranteed results. (You also gain access to the club and all of our group ex classes during camp)

Cost is $60/BAC Members, $50/Beauty VIPS, $99/guests.

Barre Express with Mallory debuts in the BAC Studio (and virtually) TOMORROW, Friday, April 19th at 12:15pm. Check out some of the fun moves you can expect to see (plus many more)!

Barre Express: off the barre, dynamic ballet-barre inspired workout. Strengthen, stretch, and sweat with a low impact fusion of ballet inspired + functional movements.
This class is perfect for all levels. No dance experience required. 😉

Rochelle dropped 100lbs and has maintained to this day.
She joined Body Beauty at BAC in March 2023 and says that she’s fallen in love with strength training — truly noticing a change after each session. (We'll link the full story in our stories, because it's SO inspiring!)

Pictured to the right, you'll see Rochelle and her friend Aubrey who have participated in several Beauties together. Fitness and friendship just go together. 😉

Congratulations to Sara Zimmerman on three years at BAC.

Anyone who knows Sara might guess she's been here longer because of the huge impact she has at BAC.
Her attention to detail, love of our members, enthusiasm in the studio and passion for all things BAC shines so bright. We value Sara so much in all of her roles and we know our members do too.

When asked what she loves about being a part of the BAC Team Sara said:

"Being a part of BAC fills my heart. I love helping others feel at home when they come here to workout. The BAC community is like a family. Members and coworkers are super caring and supportive of each other and I get to be a part of those relationships."

When asked what she loves most about working at BAC Sara said:

"I love so many things and my role has grown a lot in the past couple of years. I love teaching fitness and enjoy subbing different formats. Group fitness is fun and is for everyone. One of my favorite programs that I have been participating in is Body Beauty. Building strength inside and out has been a game changer for my health and confidence."

Brenna is a customer service representative for one of our local manufacturers. Sitting for long hours can be difficult at any age.

Brenna fights that by running in the cardio area or lifting weights before work. Brenna also adds additional workouts by hitting up classes down at Bay URBAN.

Congratulations to Cindy Limback on 18 years at Bay Athletic Club!

Wow...18 years means Cindy has been a part of Team BAC since the very beginning. She is one of our group fitness instructors and one of the lead instructors for our Body Beauty program.
Cindy runs her own successful business in Alpena, Re/Max, and has always been an advocate for health and wellness.
She is married to Chris and they have two boys.

When asked what she loves about being a part of the BAC Team Cindy said:

"I love being a part of Team BAC because BAC provides various ways to help people live healthier. It is not a one size fits all approach. I am proud to be a resource to help promote wellness in our beautiful community."

When asked what she loves most about working at BAC Cindy said:

"There are so many classes, camps and special events that engage people of all fitness levels. BAC's Corporate Fit Challenge was a favorite of mine because it would bring colleagues together to support each other so everyone could work towards a healthier lifestyle. Body Beauty is my new favorite because it empowers women of different ages, fitness levels, backgrounds and abilities to come together for an hour at a time, to not only get stronger physically, but mentally as well."
