Two words to describe me: Honest and Capable

“Be strong, but not rude.  Be kind, but not weak.  Be bold, but don’t bully.  Be humble, but not timid.  Be confident, but not arrogant.”

I love fitness because it makes everything in life better. Fitness gives me more energy for life and helps me keep a positive outlook on life.

When we moved to the area I started teaching kindergarten in Alpena in 2009 and I started attending classes at BAC. I had never worked out at a gym before or taken a class and instantly fell in love with the energy of a group workout and having an instructor giving us directions on what to do and how to do it. When I started becoming more confident Trina invited me to become certified in Turbokick and I have now made fitness my career.

I love all of my roles at BAC. I love seeing people come in brand new and leave feeling confident and happy with what they can do and how strong they really are! I love coaching people and working with people one on one because I get to help them figure out what works in their life and I get to help people see that fitness and nutrition don’t have to be complicated or time consuming, that it’s possible for any lifestyle to have a good balance where health and fitness are concerned.
